“...[their] lives are a letter written in our hearts, and everyone can read it and recognize our good work among you. Clearly [they] are a letter from Christ prepared by us. It is written not with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on stone, but on human hearts. - 2 Corinthians 3:2-3

Dear Mr. Sullivan,
You make me do the same math problems over and over. You tell me that you believe I can do it. You show me the steps over and over. Because you don’t stop caring and never let me give up, I actively learn. I want to thank you for pushing me and for not letting me give up. You are such a great teacher and a great man of God!

Mary, Class of '10
I want to start off by stating that Grace Prep came into our lives at a very critical time with our daughter Mary.
She was at a crossroads, and we needed to get her away from a school where she was drowning and into a smaller school setting that could help her focus more on her academics. A place where she could get the additional help she needed, develop new positive friendships, and give her time to mend.
Mary started Grace Prep in January with some reservations, but basketball turned out to be the best transition for her and allowed her to quickly become comfortable in her new setting. She was able to make friends quickly and root herself at Grace Prep. The teachers and staff took time to get to know Mary and e-mailed and called me when it was necessary. Together, we helped her progress the second half of the year. Mary has also found comfort in her Christianity and enjoys the safety of developing an intelligent faith and intimate friendship with Jesus as stated in your 40 Points of Grace. Mary is always happy to go to school at Grace Prep, enjoys her classes, and has never hesitated to go on retreats, Pure Freedom events, or the Air School trips. She always comes home with an inner calmness.
Mary has also made strides to improve academically. We have been very pleased both academically and emotionally with what Grace Prep has offered Mary. We look forward to seeing her grow and spread her wings this upcoming sophomore year.
